Summer is the Director of Customer Success at Reciprocity Health, where she orchestrates end-to-end client success strategies for digital health solutions. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, she has a proven track record of driving outcomes through innovative solutions. Prior to this, she led customer success initiatives at EBSCO Information Services, MDLIVE, and Q-Centrix, blending clinical know-how from her early career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with expertise in sales, data analytics, and account management. She holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Marketing from Youngstown State University and a BS in Health Sciences from Missouri Southern State University, reflecting her commitment to bridging clinical care and technology.
